UV BONDING
A process whereby pieces of glass are joined together using a UV curing adhesive, which is cured by use of a UV light or UV activator.
The advantage of this technology is that the 'glued' glass is much stronger than the glass itself and the end result is a lot more professional looking than the old fashioned method of joining glass with aluminum frames. Not only was the aluminum process far weaker but it was also a lot more time consuming and thus costlier.

Unfortunately UV bonding cannot be used to make fish tanks. Due to the water pressure in a fish tank, the joints need to be flexible and this cant be achieved with UV Bonding. Silicone is therefore used in the making of a fish tank. We
